§ 1-1. How Code designated and cited.

(a)

The ordinances embraced in this and the following chapters and sections shall constitute and be designated the "Code of Ordinances, City of White Oak, Texas," and may be so cited. Such Code may also be cited as "White Oak City Code."

(b)

This Code shall not repeal any preamble, recital or finding of fact contained in any ordinance included herein; but all such matters shall be deemed incorporated in the sections herein derived from such respective ordinances.
